TEAMCHERS – Collaborative learning and digital tools for secondary schools
TEAMCHERS helps secondary schools strengthen collaborative learning by supporting teachers and students with digital tools, structured learning pathways, and project-based methodologies. The project focuses on building practical competences that enable classrooms to work more creatively, inclusively, and effectively across disciplines.
Through targeted teacher training and a four-module digital learning journey, TEAMCHERS equips educators with accessible resources for guiding students through challenge identification, research, prototyping, and solution testing. These tools allow schools to integrate collaborative learning into existing curricula without adding unnecessary complexity.
Students engage in hands-on activities that strengthen communication, critical thinking, and shared problem-solving. By working together on real-life tasks, they develop both social and digital competences that support their academic progress and future readiness.
TEAMCHERS also encourages cooperation among schools, local communities, and international partners, creating a wider network for inspiration and exchange. The project offers a practical, scalable approach for schools seeking to modernise learning and build stronger collaborative cultures.
