WomanESEPack – Digital and entrepreneurial skills for women entrepreneurs
WomanESEPack supports women entrepreneurs by helping them build the digital, managerial, and strategic capabilities needed to navigate today’s rapidly changing business environment. This initiative is a collaborative effort led by the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Latvia), working alongside project partners The Center for Systems Innovation (Hungary) and The Chamber of Commerce of Bolzano (Italy).
Together, the consortium focuses on women who are starting or growing small enterprises and may lack access to tailored training, practical tools, or supportive learning networks. Through a set of targeted training modules and accessible digital learning materials, WomanESEPack introduces core competencies in areas such as online presence, digital communication, financial literacy, and sustainable business planning. The programme is designed for real-world applicability, enabling participants to immediately translate new knowledge into improvements in their daily operations.
The project also encourages peer learning and community building, connecting women entrepreneurs with trainers, mentors, and each other to share experiences, challenges, and strategies for growth. By strengthening confidence and practical skills, WomanESEPack helps participants pursue new opportunities, expand their networks, and increase their long-term resilience.
With its inclusive and practice-oriented approach, the project supports women in becoming more competitive, digitally skilled, and better equipped to contribute to local economic development.
